As our lifestyles change, meaning less free time and smaller houses, grooming parlours have changed and now offer a full range of services. Here at
KirksPets we can offer a range of services from a bath and dry, a dry trim or a complete bath and clip to suit you and your pet's needs. Nail trimming and ear cleaning is also included when required. We can also offer a Furminator treatment to get rid of dead hair, especially useful of your dog or cat is shedding in the house. Or why not treat your dog to a Spa treatment using specialist shampoos and conditioners.
Only quality shampoos are used, specific to your animal's skin and hair type. If needed, veterinary medicated shampoos can be used, as long as they have been prescribed by your veterinary surgeon.

As it comes to winter we have an extensive range of dog coats, especially the Outhwaite range of waterproof jackets and Boutique range from Armitage, and the Muddy Paws range from Ancol. Muddy Paws coats benefit from innovative features, such as Velcro spine fastening, ‘Splashguard’ check design and fine styling details. Dog breeds come in all shapes and sizes and can differ greatly. For this reason all Ancol dog coats are described by size, ie small, medium and large etc. The main reasons for this is if a Jack Russell Terrier is listed as a specific size (35cm), the coat may not fit exactly so consumers are not entirely satisfied. By listing sizes this way we have been able to reduce the amount of sizes required to satisfy the consumer.
