Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments and currently only accept orders from within the UK on our website. Please contact us on 01529 302703 if you wish to place an order for delivery outside this region. All transactions will be carried out using UK Sterling.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Generally web orders will be posted to mainland UK addresses and charged at the following inclusive rates;

Less than 1.8Kg £2.95
1.8Kg to 10 Kg £4.95
Over 10Kg £7.95

Please call for prices to offshore UK addresses which will incur a surcharge sufficient to cover our additional costs.

Orders for delivery to non UK addresses cannot be taken on the website. Please contact us for further details.

We have tried to keep postage costs to a minimum to reflect the low cost nature of some of the products. Likewise some of the bulkier items will cost substantially more to post than the charge we are making. Therefore, postage rates are subject to change and please allow 7 days from confirmation of order for delivery to take place.

Reserve and collect purchases are a feature of our site. Place your order stating when you can collect from the shop (or the Kirksvets Surgeries) and we will confirm that the goods are ready for collection. Simply call in, pay and walk away with the products you wanted.

A local delivery service for bulkier items to addresses within 5 miles of Sleaford and Londonthorpe will be available. Simply select the first postage category and note 'Local Delivery' in the special delivery instructions. Confirmation will be given if this service is available for your particular order, which must be prepaid or cash on delivery. Expected times of delivery will be given with the confirmation - somebody must be available to sign for the goods or to make payment. Times will be a.m. or p.m. If the customer is not available at the appointed time then we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if we are required to reappoint.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-5 business days. Postal delivery may take up to 7 working days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All quoted delivery times are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control but we will keep you informed of any changes.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, VAT at the current rate is included.
